Trim the edges of bread slices, dip them in water and remove immediately. Place them between your palms and gently press out the excess water. Place a tablespoon of cheese mixture in the center of each bread slice and roll to make a kabab. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep-fry the kababs till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
