Ingredients list for Cheesy Kababs
- 1/4 cup Processed cheese grated
- 1/2 medium Onion finely chopped
- 1 Green chilli chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 12 White bread slices
- to deep fry Oil
Method
- Mix together grated cheese, onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, cumin powder, chilli powder and keep aside.
- Trim the edges of bread slices, dip them in water and remove immediately.
- Place them between your palms and gently press out the excess water.
- Place a tablespoon of cheese mixture in the center of each bread slice and roll to make a kabab.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep-fry the kababs till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot.
