Ingredients

  • 8 chicken lollipop pieces
  • ¾ cup grated processed cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper powder to taste
  • A pinch of sugar
  • ½ cup schezwan sauce
  • ¼ cup corn starch
  • Oil to deep fry
  • ½ cup fresh cream
  • A pinch of dried red chilli flakes

Method

  1. In a bowl, add the chicken lollipop pieces, salt, white pepper powder, sugar, schezwan sauce, and mix well. Add corn starch and mix well. Set aside for 25-30 minutes.
  2. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, deep fry the chicken lollipops in the hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.
  3. Heat fresh cream in a non-stick pan, add grated processed cheese, salt, white pepper powder, and mix well. Cook till the cheese has melted.
  4. Add dried red chilli flakes and set aside.
  5. Serve the chicken lollipops hot with cheese sauce.
