Ingredients
- 8 chicken lollipop pieces
- ¾ cup grated processed cheese
- Salt to taste
- White pepper powder to taste
- A pinch of sugar
- ½ cup schezwan sauce
- ¼ cup corn starch
- Oil to deep fry
- ½ cup fresh cream
- A pinch of dried red chilli flakes
Method
- In a bowl, add the chicken lollipop pieces, salt, white pepper powder, sugar, schezwan sauce, and mix well. Add corn starch and mix well. Set aside for 25-30 minutes.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, deep fry the chicken lollipops in the hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.
- Heat fresh cream in a non-stick pan, add grated processed cheese, salt, white pepper powder, and mix well. Cook till the cheese has melted.
- Add dried red chilli flakes and set aside.
- Serve the chicken lollipops hot with cheese sauce.
