Ingredients list for Cheese Pockets-SK Khazana
- 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese grated
- 3/4 cup Processed cheese grated
- 3/4 cup Cream cheese
- 250 grams Readymade pizza dough
- for greasing Butter
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black peppercorns crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried mixed herbs
- 1 teaspoon Fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tablespoon Red capsicum chopped
- 1 tablespoon Yellow capsicum chopped
- for dusting Refined flour (maida)
- for brushi Milk
Method
- Preheat oven to 180˚C.
- Mix together cheddar cheese, processed cheese, cream cheese, salt, crushed peppercorns, mixed herbs, parsley, red capsicum and yellow capsicum in a bowl.
- Dust the worktop with some flour. Place the dough on it and roll out into a large thin disc.
- Cut into squares, place a spoonful of cheese mixture in the centre of each square, apply water on the edges and bring the edges over. Seal with a fork.
- Grease a baking tray with some butter.
- Place the pockets on the greased tray and brush with some milk. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
