Ingredients for Cheese Fondue With Pavbhaji Masala Recipe

  • Gruyere cheese grated 1 cup

  • Pav bhaji masala 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Emmenthaler cheese grated 1 cup

  • Garlic halved 1 cloves

  • Butter 2 tablespoons

  • Tomato puree 1/4 cup

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

  • French bread 1 loaf

Method

Step 1

Heat a pan. Rub the inside of the pan with a cut clove of garlic.

Step 2

Put in the butter and pavbhaji masala and sauté on low heat for a minute. Add half a cup of water and mix. Stir in both the grated cheese and continue to cook for five minutes. Add tomato puree and mix well.

Step 3

Transfer the mixture into a fondue set and add lemon juice. Break hard bread roughly. Ignite the fuel in the fondue set to keep the fondue warm. Stir the fondue.

Step 4

Pick up a bread piece with a fondue fork, dip in the fondue and eat.
