Ingredients list for Cheese Fondue With Pavbhaji Masala
- 1 cup Gruyere cheese grated
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Pav bhaji masala
- 1 cup Emmenthaler cheese grated
- 1 cloves Garlic halved
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1/4 cup Tomato puree
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 loaf French bread
Method
- Heat a pan. Rub the inside of the pan with a cut clove of garlic.
- Put in the butter and pavbhaji masala and sauté on low heat for a minute. Add half a cup of water and mix. Stir in both the grated cheese and continue to cook for five minutes. Add tomato puree and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture into a fondue set and add lemon juice. Break hard bread roughly. Ignite the fuel in the fondue set to keep the fondue warm. Stir the fondue.
- Pick up a bread piece with a fondue fork, dip in the fondue and eat.
