By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Jul 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Chatpata Raw Mango Chutney Main Ingredients Raw mangoes, Jaggery Cuisine Indian Course Pickles, Jams and Chutneys Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 2 raw mangoes peeled and grated 3/4 cup castor sugar 1 1/2 tablespoons jaggery (gur) grated 1 1/4 teaspoons red chilli powder 1 1/2 teaspoons dried mango powder (amchur) 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder Method Heat a non-stick pan. Add mangoes, castor sugar and jaggery, mix well and cook till the mangoes turn pulpy. Add chilli powder, dried mango powder and cumin powder, mix well and cook till fully done.
