  • 1 cup Fresh Hara Chana shelled
  • 3 tablespoons Milk
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup Mawa (khoya) grated
  • 10-12 Almonds chopped
  • Cashewnuts chopped

Method

  1. Boil hara chana with three cups of water till soft.
  2. You can also pressure-cook it.
  3. Drain and grind to a coarse paste using a little water.
