Ingredients list for Chana Chur Garam Nachos
- 1 medium Onion finely chopped
- 1 medium Tomato finely chopped
- large chana chor garam 1-1½ cups
- 1 Pickled jalapenos finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- ¼ cup Cheese sauce
- as required Processed cheese grated
Method
- Preheat oven to 180º C.
- Put onion, tomato, jalapeno, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli flakes and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well.
- Line an oval glass baking dish with chana chur garam and put onion mixture on top. Pour cheese sauce and cover with some processed cheese on top.
- Place the baking dish in a baking tray. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or till the cheese melts.
- Serve immediately.
