Capsicum Sweet Corn Parantha By Sanjeev Kapoor 29 Jul 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Capsicum, Sweet corn Cuisine Punjabi Course Breads Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 2 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Capsicum Sweet Corn Parantha 1 medium Capsicum chopped 1/2 cup Sweet corn boiled and crushed 2 cups Wheat flour Oil 1 tablespoon + for shallow frying 1 small Tomato chopped 1 Green chilli chopped to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder Method Heat the oil in a frying pan add sweet corn, tomato, green chillies, capsicum,salt and red chilli powder and saute it for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Take the wheat flour in a bowl and add the above mixture. Add water if required and make a soft dough. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into balls. Roll out each ball into small discs. Heat a tawa and place one disc on it. Flip after a minute and ad little oil. Cook till both sides are cooked well and they are crisp.
