Ingredients list for Capsicum Sweet Corn Parantha
- 1 medium Capsicum chopped
- 1/2 cup Sweet corn boiled and crushed
- 2 cups Wheat flour
- Oil 1 tablespoon + for shallow frying
- 1 small Tomato chopped
- 1 Green chilli chopped
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
Method
- Heat the oil in a frying pan add sweet corn, tomato, green chillies, capsicum,salt and red chilli powder and saute it for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
- Take the wheat flour in a bowl and add the above mixture. Add water if required and make a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into balls.
- Roll out each ball into small discs.
- Heat a tawa and place one disc on it. Flip after a minute and ad little oil.
- Cook till both sides are cooked well and they are crisp.
- Serve hot with curd.
