Ingredients list for Capsicum Sweet Corn Parantha

  • 1 medium Capsicum chopped
  • 1/2 cup Sweet corn boiled and crushed
  • 2 cups Wheat flour
  • Oil 1 tablespoon + for shallow frying
  • 1 small Tomato chopped
  • 1 Green chilli chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder


  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan add sweet corn, tomato, green chillies, capsicum,salt and red chilli powder and saute it for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
  2. Take the wheat flour in a bowl and add the above mixture. Add water if required and make a soft dough.
  3. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into balls.
  4. Roll out each ball into small discs.
  5. Heat a tawa and place one disc on it. Flip after a minute and ad little oil.
  6. Cook till both sides are cooked well and they are crisp.
  7. Serve hot with curd.
