Add 1 tbsp oil and let the butter melt. Cut prawns lengthwise along with the shells. Heat extra virgin olive oil in another non-stick pan, add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes till light golden. Add prawns and mix. Remove the scum from the butter and pour the rest over the prawns. Add salt, black pepper powder and lemon juice and mix well. Cook prawns, turning sides, till evenly done. Place a spring onion green stalk on one side of a serving plate. Place the prawns by its side. Pour the masala remaining in the pan over them and serve hot.
