By Sanjeev Kapoor 28 Aug 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Butter, Semolina (rawa/suji) Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Butter Chakli-SK Khazana 1 tablespoon Butter 3/4 cup Semolina (rawa/suji) 1 cup Rice flour to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds for greasi to deep fry Oil Method Heat 1 cup water in a non-stick pan. Add salt, cumin seeds and butter and mix till butter melts. Add semolina, mix well and cook till mixture thickens. Transfer into a bowl and let it cool. Add rice flour and mix. Add 1 cup water and knead to a stiff dough. Grease a chakli press with some oil and put a portion of dough in it. Press to form chaklis and keep them on butter paper. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
