Ingredients list for Burnt Garlic Vegetable Fried Rice
- 3 cups Cooked rice
- 3 tablespoons Nutralite
- 7-8 Garlic cloves green
- 1/2 cup Onions chopped
- 2 tablespoons French beans chopped
- 2 tablespoons Cabbage grated
- 2 tablespoons Cauliflower grated
- 2 tablespoons Carrot grated
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Garlic paste
- stalks Green garlic
Method
- Finely chop green garlic cloves.
- Heat Nutralite in Wonderchef Galaxy Pan, add garlic and sauté till brown. Add onions and sauté. Add French beans, cabbage, cauliflower and carrot and mix well.
- Add salt and cooked rice. Sprinkle ¼ cup water, add garlic paste and mix well.
- Finely chop green garlic stalks and add and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
