Ingredients list for Burnt Garlic Rice

  • 240 grams Basmati rice soaked and boiled
  • 25 grams Garlic cloves peeled and chopped
  • 70 grams Cabbage diced
  • 20 grams Carrots diced
  • 35 grams Capsicum diced
  • 10 grams Refined oil
  • 5 grams Seasoning
  • 1 gram Salt
  • 1 gram Sugar
  • 15 grams Spring onion chopped
  • 2 grams Light soy sauce

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add garlic and cook till lightly brown, veggies and stir fry. Add boiled rice and toss well.
  2. Add seasoning, salt, sugar, light soy and toss well
  3. Add spring onion and serve hot.
  4. Garnish with fried garlic.
