Ingredients list for Burnt Garlic Rice
- 240 grams Basmati rice soaked and boiled
- 25 grams Garlic cloves peeled and chopped
- 70 grams Cabbage diced
- 20 grams Carrots diced
- 35 grams Capsicum diced
- 10 grams Refined oil
- 5 grams Seasoning
- 1 gram Salt
- 1 gram Sugar
- 15 grams Spring onion chopped
- 2 grams Light soy sauce
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add garlic and cook till lightly brown, veggies and stir fry. Add boiled rice and toss well.
- Add seasoning, salt, sugar, light soy and toss well
- Add spring onion and serve hot.
- Garnish with fried garlic.
