Ingredients list for Burnt Garlic Basil Chicken
- 2 Boneless chicken breasts cut into thick strips
- 1-2 tablespoons Garlic chopped
- 5-7 Basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
- to taste Crushed black peppercorns
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Oil
Method
- Place chicken in a bowl. Add soy sauce and mix. Add chilli flakes and crushed peppercorns, salt and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 2-3 hours.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and saute till golden. Add marinated chicken, mix well and cook till chicken is done.
- Add torn basil leaves and mix.
- Serve hot.
