Ingredients list for Burnt Garlic Basil Chicken

  • 2 Boneless chicken breasts cut into thick strips
  • 1-2 tablespoons Garlic chopped
  • 5-7 Basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
  • to taste Crushed black peppercorns
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Oil


  1. Place chicken in a bowl. Add soy sauce and mix. Add chilli flakes and crushed peppercorns, salt and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 2-3 hours.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and saute till golden. Add marinated chicken, mix well and cook till chicken is done.
  3. Add torn basil leaves and mix.
  4. Serve hot.
