Ingredients list for Bread Corn Khees
- 4 Bread Slices
 - 1 cup Corn Kernels
 - 1 inch piece Ginger
 - 3 Green chilli
 - 2 tablespoons Butter
 - 2 Spring onion
 - 1/4 Green capsicum
 - 1/4 Red capsicum
 - 1/4 Yellow bell pepper
 - to taste Salt
 - a few Spring onion green
 - 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
 
Method
- Finely chop ginger and green chillies. Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add ginger and green chillies and sauté.
 - Finely chop spring onions, add and sauté. Coarsely grind corn kernels. Finely chop green, red and yellow capsicums and add to the pan; sauté for a while.
 - Toast the bread slices. Add corn, salt, milk to the pan and cook for a while. Chop spring onion greens, add and mix well.
 - Add lemon juice and mix well. Arrange toasts on a serving platter, put the corn mixture over them and serve hot.
