Ingredients list for Besan Omelet
- 1 1/2 cups Gram flour (besan)
- 3-4 Green chillies
- 1/2 inch piece Ginger
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves 1
- to taste Salt
- 1 large Tomato chopped
- as required Oil
Method
- Grind green chillies, ginger and garlic to a paste. Mix besan, ground paste, cumin seeds, coriander leaves, salt and chopped tomato.
- Add water and make thin batter. Heat a tawa, grease with a little oil and then and pour a little batter.
- Spread into a thin round and then cook till golden. Flip over, drizzle a little oil and cook till the other side is also golden. Serve immediately.
