By Sanjeev Kapoor 10 May 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Bananas, Walnut kernels Cuisine Indian Course Beverages Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Banana Walnut Lassi 4 Bananas 32 - 40 + for sprinkling Walnut kernels 4 cups Yogurt 1 cup Powdered sugar a few + to garnish Saffron strands 2 teaspoon + for sprinkling Green cardamom powder Method For each portion put 1 cup yogurt in a blender jar. Peel and roughly chop 1 banana and add to the jar. Add 8-10 walnuts, ¼ cup powdered sugar, saffron and ½ teaspoon green cardamom powder and blend to a smooth mixture. Pour into a tall serving glass. Make more portions in the same way. Sprinkle some cardamom powder and crushed walnuts on top.
