Ingredients list for Banana Walnut Lassi

  • 4 Bananas
  • 32 - 40 + for sprinkling Walnut kernels
  • 4 cups Yogurt
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • a few + to garnish Saffron strands
  • 2 teaspoon + for sprinkling Green cardamom powder

Method

  1. For each portion put 1 cup yogurt in a blender jar. Peel and roughly chop 1 banana and add to the jar. Add 8-10 walnuts, ¼ cup powdered sugar, saffron and ½ teaspoon green cardamom powder and blend to a smooth mixture. Pour into a tall serving glass. Make more portions in the same way.
  2. Sprinkle some cardamom powder and crushed walnuts on top. Garnish with a few saffron strands and serve immediately.
