Ingredients list for Baked Beans Wrap
- 1½ cups Baked beans
- 4 Whole wheat flour (atta) rotis
- 2 medium Onions
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 medium Green capsicum chopped
- 5-6 Garlic cloves thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- to taste Salt
- as required Tomato ketchup
- as required Red chilli sauce
- a few Iceberg lettuce leaves shredded
- 4 tablespoons Cheese grated
Method
- Finely chop one onion and slice the other.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add chopped onion, green capsicum and garlic and sauté.
- Add baked beans and sauté. Add coriander leaves and mix. Add salt and mix.
- Place rotis on the worktop. Spread a little tomato ketchup and red chilli sauce on each of them.
- Place some of baked beans mixture on one side of each roti. Sprinkle sliced onion, lettuce and grated cheese over the baked beans and roll the rotis.
- You can cut each roll into diagonal pieces and serve or wrap each roll in aluminium foil and serve.
