Ingredients list for Pista Doodh
- 1 1/2 cups Pistachios blanched and peeled
- 5 cups Milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Green cardamom powder
Method
- Grind one cup pista to a coarse paste with a little milk. Sliver the remaining pistachios.
- Heat milk in a pan and bring it to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer till it reduces slightly. Add pista puree to the milk and cook till it thickens some more.
- Add sugar and mix till sugar dissolves. Add green cardamom powder and mix.
