By Sanjeev Kapoor 02 Sep 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Bacon rashers, Tortillas Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Bacon Spinach and Egg Wrap 4-5 Bacon rashers 4 Tortillas 8-10 Fresh spinach leaves (palak) stems trimmed 2 Eggs to taste Salt a pinch Crushed black peppercorns 2 tablespoons Milk 2 medium Onions sliced 2 teaspoons Butter a pinch Paprika powder Method Chop the bacon rashers roughly. Heat a non-stick pan,put the bacon in it and cook till crisp. Break eggs into a bowl, add salt, crushed peppercorns and milk and whisk well. Heat a non-stick tawa, place the tortillas on it, one at a time, and cook till heated through. Roughly chop spinach leaves. Add onions to the bacon and cook till the onions are golden brown. Add spinach leaves and lower the heat. Put butter in the centre of the pan and add the egg mixture and cook, stirring, till eggs are scrambled. Add paprika powder and mix well. Place a portion of the stuffing on one side of each tortilla and fold the other side over. Place them on serving plates and serve immediately.
