Ingredients list for Babycorn Snack

  • 5-6 Babycorns roasted
  • 1 teaspoon Rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon Gram flour (besan) roasted
  • 1 teaspoon Cornflour/ corn starch
  • 2 teaspoons Crushed black peppercorns crushed
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder

Method

  1. Marinate the baby corns with rice flour, roasted gram flour, cornflour, crushed black pepper, salt and red chilli powder.
  2. Keep it aside for fifteen minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a non kadai and deep fry the baby corns till golden brown.
  4. Serve hot.
