Ingredients list for Avocado Smoothie - SK Khazana
- 1 + for garnish Large avocado peeled, seeded and sliced
- 2-3 cups Milk
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1 Ripe banana
- 1/2 cup Vanilla ice cream
- as required Ice cubes
- 6-8 + for garnish Fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons Honey
Method
- Put avocado slices in a blender jar.
- Peel and break banana into pieces and add along with milk, yogurt, ice cream, some ice cubes, blueberries and honey and blend well.
- Pour smoothie into individual mason jars, garnish each jar with 1-2 blueberries and an avocado slice. Serve immediately.
