Ingredients for Avocado Red Pepper Salsa Recipe

  • Avacado chopped 2

  • Red Bell Pepper chopped 1 large

  • Red bell pepper chopped 1

  • Green chillies chopped 4

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons

  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

  • Salt to taste

  • White pepper powder to taste

Method

Step 1

In a bowl mix together avocados, onion, bell pepper, green chillies, fresh coriander leaves, olive oil, lemon juice, Salt and white pepper powder. Toss well.

Step 2

Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Step 3

Serve cold.
