Ingredients list for Atte ki Pinni
- 2 cups Whole wheat flour (atta)
- 3/4 cup Ghee
- 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup Slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup Raisins
- for garnishing Almonds halves
- 1/4 cup Khoya/mawa grated
Method
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add wheat flour and sauté on low heat till fragrant and golden.
- Add the khoya, mix well and cook for four to five minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
- Add powdered sugar, slivered almonds and raisins and mix well. Divide the mixture into sixteen equal portions and roll them into thick cylinders.
- Garnish with almond halves and serve.
