Ingredients list for Atta aur Dink ke Laddoo

  • 1 cup Wheat flour coarse
  • 2 tablespoons Edible gum crystals (gond) powdered
  • 1/2 cup Ghee
  • 2 tablespoons Poppy seeds (khuskhus/posto)
  • a pinch Green cardamom powder
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Almonds chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Pistachios chopped

Method

  1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add wheat flour and roast till golden and fragrant. Transfer onto a plate.
  2. Add poppy seeds, gum crystals and cardamom powder. Mix well and cool the mixture to room temperature.
  3. Add powdered sugar, almonds and pistachios and mix well.
  4. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into laddoos.
  5. Serve.
