Ingredients list for Appleslaw

  • 2 medium Apples
  • 1/2 medium Cabbage shredded
  • 2 small Onions sliced thinly
  • 2 Red radish sliced thinly
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh cream
  • 6 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon White pepper powder

Method

  1. Peel, core and grate apples. Mix cabbage, onions, radishes, apples and lemon juice in a bowl. Add fresh cream, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix well. Chill and serve.
