Ingredients
- 2 medium apples
- 1/2 medium cabbage, shredded
- 2 small onions, sliced thinly
- 2 red radish, sliced thinly
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons fresh cream
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
Method
- Peel, core and grate apples. Mix cabbage, onions, radishes, apples and lemon juice in a bowl. Add fresh cream, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix well. Chill and serve.
