  • 1 Medium red apple
  • 1 Medium green apple
  • 12-16 California walnut kernels
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Grainy mustard
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black peppercorns crushed
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 5-6 tablespoons Green cabbage shredded
  • 5-6 tablespoons Purple cabbage shredded
  • 4 tablespoons Carrot strips
  • 4 tablespoons Pink radish strips
  • 2 tablespoons Celery chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Dried cranberries

Method

  1. Slice the apples thinly and set aside.
  2. Mix together yogurt, grainy mustard, salt, crushed peppercorns and olive oil in a bowl.
  3. Add cabbage, purple cabbage, carrot, radish, celery, cranberries, sliced apples and walnuts and mix well.
  4. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
