Ingredients list for Apple And Carrot Sandwiches
- 9 Bread slices
- 2 large Apples grated
- 7 tablespoons Cheese spread
- to taste Salt
- to taste White pepper powder
- 1 cup Carrot grated
- 3 tablespoons Raisins chopped
Method
- To make the apple spread; in a bowl mix together apple, three tablespoons cheese spread, salt and white pepper powder. Set aside.
- To make the carrot spread; in a bowl mix together carrot, four tablespoons cheese spread, salt, white pepper powder and raisins. Set aside.
- Apply the apple spread on one bread slice, and apply carrot spread on another bread slice.
- Place it on the first slice and cover it with the third slice.
- Repeat it with the rest of the mixture to make sandwiches.
- Cut each sandwich into diagonals and serve with tomato ketchup.
