Ingredients
- 1 large apple, diced
- 1/2 medium pineapple, peeled and diced
- 2 medium oranges, segmented
- 1 tablespoon finely shredded fresh mint leaves
For dressing
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli flakes
- 5-6 black peppercorns, crushed
Method
- Mix together all the ingredients of the dressing along with two tablespoons of water.
- Mix together apple, pineapple, orange. Add the dressing and toss. Serve garnished with mint leaves.
