Ingredients list for Aloo Tuk
- 20-24 Baby potatoes with skin boiled
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Dry mango powder (amchur)
- to deep fry Oil
Method
- Lightly press the potatoes. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep fry the potatoes on medium heat till they become crisp and golden. Drain and place them in a bowl.
- Sprinkle salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder and dried mango powder and mix well so that all the potatoes get covered with the masalas. Serve hot.
