Ingredients
- 2 medium potato boiled and peeled
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1 teaspoon dried pomegranate seeds (anardana)
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves chopped
Method
- Dry roast pomegranate seeds and cumin seeds, cool and grind coarsely.
- Cut potatoes into small pieces and put them into a bowl.
- Add red chilli powder, salt, black pepper powder and coriander leaves and mix well.
- Add yogurt and mix well. Add coarsely ground spice powder and mix well.
- Serve chilled.
