Ingredients list for Aloo Churmur - SK Khazana

  • 2 Medium potatoes boiled, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 3 tablespoons Dried white peas soaked overnight and pressure cooked with a pinch
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Green chillies chopped
  • 2 teaspoon to garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tablespo to sprinkle Tamarind water
  • 5 Crisp puris (puchkas)

Method

  1. Take potato cubes in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add white peas and mix well.
  2. Add salt, cumin powder, chaat masala, green chilli and coriander leaves and mix well. Add 1 tbsp tamarind water. Crush crisp puris and add and mix well.
  3. Transfer aloo churmur onto a serving plate sprinkle tamarind water, garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately.
