By Sanjeev Kapoor 13 Sep 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Medium potatoes, Dried white peas Cuisine Bengali Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 7-8 hour Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Aloo Churmur - SK Khazana 2 Medium potatoes boiled, peeled and cut into cubes 3 tablespoons Dried white peas soaked overnight and pressure cooked with a pinch to taste Salt 1/4 teaspoon Cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon Green chillies chopped 2 teaspoon to garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespo to sprinkle Tamarind water 5 Crisp puris (puchkas) Method Take potato cubes in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add white peas and mix well. Add salt, cumin powder, chaat masala, green chilli and coriander leaves and mix well. Add 1 tbsp tamarind water. Crush crisp puris and add and mix well.
