Ingredients list for Aloo Churmur - SK Khazana
- 2 Medium potatoes boiled, peeled and cut into cubes
- 3 tablespoons Dried white peas soaked overnight and pressure cooked with a pinch
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Chaat masala
- 1/2 teaspoon Green chillies chopped
- 2 teaspoon to garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 1 tablespo to sprinkle Tamarind water
- 5 Crisp puris (puchkas)
Method
- Take potato cubes in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add white peas and mix well.
- Add salt, cumin powder, chaat masala, green chilli and coriander leaves and mix well. Add 1 tbsp tamarind water. Crush crisp puris and add and mix well.
- Transfer aloo churmur onto a serving plate sprinkle tamarind water, garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately.
