Ingredients list for Aloo Bhaja-SK Khazana

  • 4 Medium potatoes peeled and thickly sliced
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • for shallow frying Oil
  • for garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped


  1. Put potato slices in a bowl. Add salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder, mix well and set aside for a few minutes.
  2. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Add potato slices and shallow-fry, turning sides, till golden brown on both the sides. Drain on absorbent paper.
  3. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
