Heat a non-stick grill pan. Cut roasted corn on cob into 3 portions, halve and place on the hot pan. Drizzle some oil and toss well. Brush the corn pieces with some butter, add red chilli powder, black salt, chaat masala and lemon juice. Top with regular and kala aam papad pieces and cook till soft.
