Ingredients list for Aam Ka Sheera

  • 1 cup Mango Pulp
  • 3 tablespoons Ghee
  • 1/2 cup Semolina (rawa/suji)
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 8-10 Almonds chopped
  • 8-10 Cashewnuts chopped

Method

  1. Heat ghee in a non stick pan, add semolina and saute on medium heat, stirring continuously, till golden brown.
  2. Add one cup water, mix and cook for five minutes.
  3. Add milk, mango pulp and sugar, mix well and cook for ten minutes.
  4. Add the chopped nuts and mix well.
  5. Serve hot.
