1 packet quinoa
1 packet vegetable stock cubes
1 packet coconut milk
1 small bottle coconut oil
2 packet button mushroom
1 packet oyster mushroom

2 red bell peppers
2 green bell peppers
1 yellow bell pepper
8- 10 asparagus
1 bunch spring onions
50 grams golden apricots
1 small bottle extra virgin olive oil
100 grams green peas
For faster preparation
For upma, process the vegetables and keep the mushroom mixture ready. For salad, process the vegetables, cook the quinoa. For pulao, process the vegetables.
How to go about it
First finish with the pulao, and then cook the upma serve with the prepared mushroom mixture. For salad, assemble in martini glasses and drizzle some dressing on it. Serve immediately.
