Ingredients for Wheat Cake Recipe

  • Whole wheat flour 250 grams

  • Baking powder 1 tablespoon

  • Eggs 3

  • Sugar 250 grams

  • Milk 1/2 cup

  • Ghee 1 cup

  • Vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon


Step 1

Preheat the oven at 180°C.

Step 2

Combine together whole wheat flour, baking powder in a bowl ank keep it aside.

Step 3

Mix together eggs, sugar, milk, ghee, vanilla essence and slowely fold the flour in the egg mixture so that no lumps are formed.

Step 4

Pour the batter in the greased cake tin and bake it for thirty to forty minutes.

Step 5

Remove from oven and cool. Slice and serve warm.
