Ingredients for Warm Souffle With Grand Marnier Recipe

  • Eggs 3

  • Refined flour (maida) 5 tablespoons

  • Butter 7 teaspoons

  • Sugar

  • Milk 3/4 cup

  • Grand Marnier 6 1/2 tablespoons

  • Salt a pinch

Method

Step 1

Melt butter in a frying pan. Add refined flour and cook over low heat until just golden. Stir continuously with a wire whisk.

Step 2

Preheat oven at 250°C. Grease four individual soufflé dishes and sprinkle some sugar. Separate the egg yolk from the white.

Step 3

Beat egg whites till stiff. Add salt and sugar. Add milk to roux and transfer into a bowl. Add egg yolks to roux and mix. Add Grand Marnier and mix. Fold in egg whites.

Step 4

Pour into soufflé moulds till three fourths full. Bake in the preheated oven for eight to ten minutes.

Step 5

Serve immediately.
