Ingredients list for Waffle Sundae-SK Khazana

  • 1 cup Refined flour (maida)
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • as required Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 tablespo for greasing Melted butter
  • 1/4 cup + For topping Chocolate chips
  • as required Vanilla icecream
  • as required Mango icecream
  • as required Fresh strawberries
  • as required Fresh blueberries
  • for garnish Chocolate cigars
  • for drizzling Strawberry syrup
  • for drizzling Chocolate syrup

Method

  1. Mix together flour, cocoa powder and powdered sugar in a bowl. Add eggs, vanilla ice cream and milk as required and whisk to a smooth batter.
  2. Add baking powder and butter and mix well. Add chocolate chips and mix well.
  3. Heat a waffle iron and grease with some butter. Pour batter, cover and cook till fully done. Make more waffles similarly.
  4. For each portion, keep a waffle on a serving plate. Top with 2 scoops vanilla ice cream, 1 scoop mango ice cream, 1 halved strawberry, 4-5 blueberries and some chocolate chips. Cover with another waffle and repeat the process.
  5. Garnish with chocolate cigars, drizzle some strawberry syrup and chocolate syrup and serve immediately.
