Ingredients list for Vegetarian Toasted Sandwich
- 4 slices Bread
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2-3 medium Potatoes boiled, peeled and grated
- 1 medium Onions chopped
- 1 Carrot chopped
- 6-8 French beans chopped
- 4-5 florets Cauliflower chopped
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Pomegranate seeds (anardana) crushed
- 2 tablespoons Cheese grated
Method
- Boil the potatoes. Cool, peel and grate them. Boil the vegetables. Drain and leave them aside.
- In a bowl take the potatoes and add onion and boiled vegetables.
- Add salt, red chilli powder and pomegranate seeds and mix well.
- Spread some of the mixture on one bread slice and cover with another slice.
