Ingredients list for Tzatziki

  • 4 medium Cucmber
  • 3 tbsps + 1 sprig to garnish Yogurt chopped
  • 1 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Castor sugar (caster sugar)
  • 1 cup Yogurt drained and whisked
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika

Method

  1. Peel the cucumber and cut in half lengthways. Remove the seeds and slice as thinly as possible. Combine the chopped mint, garlic, caster sugar and yogurt in a bowl. Mix the cucumbers with the yogurt.
  2. Add salt to taste. Serve chilled, garnished with a sprinkling of paprika and the sprig of mint.
