Ingredients for Tzatziki Recipe

  • Cucmber 4 medium

  • Yogurt chopped 3 tbsps + 1 sprig to garnish

  • Garlic crushed 1 cloves

  • Castor sugar (caster sugar) 1 teaspoon

  • Yogurt drained and whisked 1 cup

  • Salt to taste

  • Paprika 1/2 teaspoon

Method

Step 1

Peel the cucumber and cut in half lengthways. Remove the seeds and slice as thinly as possible. Combine the chopped mint, garlic, caster sugar and yogurt in a bowl. Mix the cucumbers with the yogurt.

Step 2

Add salt to taste. Serve chilled, garnished with a sprinkling of paprika and the sprig of mint.
