Ingredients list for Triple Chocolate Cookies

  • ½ cup White chocolate chips
  • ½ cup Dark chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup Cocoa powder
  • 1¼ cup Refined flour (maida)
  • ½ cup Butter
  • ¾ cup Castor sugar (caster sugar)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons Milk

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180° C. Line a baking tray with a silicon mat.
  2. Cream together butter and castor sugar in a bowl with an electric beater. Add eggs and vanilla essence and whisk well.
  3. Sieve together flour, cocoa powder and baking soda into the bowl and whisk well. Add milk and continue to whisk. Add white chocolate chips and dark chocolate chips and fold in well.
  4. Divide the mixture into large equal portions and shape them into balls. Place them on the lined baking tray and flatten lightly.
  5. Place the tray in preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
  6. Serve.
