Ingredients for Til Chutney Recipe

  • Sesame seeds (til) 2 tablespoons

  • Green chillies 2

  • Garlic 2 cloves

  • Onion chopped 1 medium

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1/2 cup

  • Tamarind pulp 2 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste


Step 1

Heat a tawa and roast the sesame seeds till light brown.

Step 2

Remove and allow it to cool.In a blender; blend together half the sesame seeds, green chillies, garlic, onion, mint leaves, coriander leaves, tamarind pulp, salt and little water. Blend till smooth.

Step 3

Remove in a bowl and mix the remaining sesame seeds. Serve with roti.
