Ingredients list for Thai Style Red Chilli Sauce

  • 7-8 Fresh Red Chillies
  • 7-8 cloves Garlic
  • to taste Salt
  • 4 teaspoons Sugar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce

Method

  1. Crush and roughly chop garlic and red chillies. Put them in a blender jar and blend into a coarse paste.
  2. Mix together salt, sugar and 2 tbsps vinegar in a small bowl. Add fish sauce and mix. Add soy sauce and mix well.
  3. Add the chilli paste and mix well. Add the remaining vinegar and mix well.
  4. Serve with Chao Tom or any other dish.
