By Sanjeev Kapoor 09 Mar 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Sweet potato, Egg Cuisine American Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Sweet Potato Tots 1 large Sweet potato boiled, peeled and mashed 1 Egg ½ cup Refined flour (maida) to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Paprika 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder for deep-frying Oil 1 cup Bread crumbs Panko Method Mix together sweet potato, egg, ¼ cup flour, salt, paprika and garlic powder in a bowl and knead into a dough. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Take the remaining flour in another bowl and add some water to make slurry. Divide the sweet potato mixture into 16 equal balls. Dip them in the slurry and coat with breadcrumbs. Deep fry the balls in hot oil till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.
