Ingredients for Sweet Laddoo Fritters Recipe

  • Boondi Laddoos 18 small

  • Refined Flour 1 cup

  • Oil for deep-frying

  • Cornflour 1/2 cup

  • Soda bicarbonate a pinch

  • Cinnamon powder a pinch

  • Sugar 3 tablespoons

  • Chocolate sauce for garnishing


Step 1

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.

Step 2

Whisk together refined flour, cornflour, soda bicarbonate, cinnamon powder, sugar and sufficient water to make a thick batter.

Step 3

Dip the laddoos in the batter and slide them into hot oil and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.

Step 4

Arrange laddoos on a serving plate, drizzle some chocolate sauce over them and serve.
