Ingredients for Stuffed Papads Recipe

  • Round Papad 6

  • Prawns 3/4 cup

  • Onion 1 medium

  • Garlic cloves 2

  • Green chilli 1

  • Oil 1/2 cup

  • Salt to taste


Step 1

Shell, devein and wash prawns thoroughly. Chop them fine. Peel, wash and finely chop onion. Peel, wash and chop the garlic.

Step 2

Remove stem, wash and chop green chilli finely. Heat one tablespoon oil in a pan on medium heat. Saute onion and green chilli till golden brown.

Step 3

Add prawns and salt to taste. Stir fry for seven minutes.
