Ingredients list for Stuffed Papads

  • 6 Round Papad
  • 3/4 cup Prawns
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Green chilli
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Shell, devein and wash prawns thoroughly. Chop them fine. Peel, wash and finely chop onion. Peel, wash and chop the garlic.
  2. Remove stem, wash and chop green chilli finely. Heat one tablespoon oil in a pan on medium heat. Saute onion and green chilli till golden brown.
  3. Add prawns and salt to taste. Stir fry for seven minutes.
