Ingredients for Strawberry Banana Apple Sorbet Recipe

  • Strawberries cubed 1/2 cup

  • Ripe banana peeled and cubed 1

  • Apple peeled and cubed 1

  • Ginger 1 inch piece

  • Fresh mint leaves 5-6

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

  • Sugar 3 tablespoons

  • Ice cubes as required

Method

Step 1

Chill apple, banana and strawberries cubes in the freezer for a couple of hours.

Step 2

Put them in a smoothie maker.

Step 3

Add ginger, mint leaves, lemon juice and sugar and blend till pulpy.

Step 4

Add ice cubes and blend some more.

Step 5

Pour into individual small glasses and serve immediately.
