Sprouted Moong Ka Pizza Spinach sauce and sprouted beans give a new dimension to this pizza This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Dec 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Moong Sprouts, Mini Brown Pizza Bases Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Sprouted Moong Ka Pizza 1 cup Moong Sprouts 4 Mini Brown Pizza Bases 2 tablespoons Oil 3 medium Onions to taste Salt as required Dried oregano 8 tablespoons Pizza sauce 1 cup Mozzarella cheese grated 10-12 Fresh spinach leaves (palak) 1/4 teaspoon Red chillies crushed 2 teaspoons Olive oil 2 teaspoons Honey 1 teaspoon Lemon juice Method Advertisment Chop onions. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add onions and sauté. Heat pizza bases, one after the other, in another non stick pan till lightly crisp. When onions soften, add moong sprouts, salt, a pinch of dried oregano and cook on low heat for a couple of minutes. Spread pizza sauce over the pizza bases, spread the sprout mixture, sprinkle mozzarella cheese and cook them, one after the other, in a heated non stick pan. Cover and cook till cheese melts. Meanwhile chop spinach roughly and put into a bowl. Add salt, crushed red chillies olive oil, honey and mix well. Add lemon juice and mix to make a salad. Place the pizzas on individual serving plates, place some of the spinach salad in the center of each and serve immediately.
