By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Jun 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Spinach, Processed cheese Cuisine British Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 31-40 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Spinach and Cheese Pie - SK Khazana 1 cup Spinach blanched and chopped 50 grams Processed cheese grated 1 Baked pie shell 3/4 cup Fresh cream 1 Egg to taste Salt to taste Black pepper powder 1 tablespoon Olive oil 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped 1 Medium onion finely chopped Method Take cream, egg, salt and black pepper powder in a bowl and beat with a fork. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and onion and sauté till fragrant. Add spinach and salt and sauté for 4-5 minutes. Add salt and pepper powder and mix well. Add cheese and mix well. Set aside to cool down. Preheat oven to 180˚ C. Keep the pie shell in a pie tin. Transfer the spinach mixture into it. Top with the cream-egg mixture. Keep the tin in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes. Take the pie out of the tin and keep it on a serving plate.
