By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Aug 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Rice, Soya bean Cuisine Kerala Course Breads Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Soya Aapams 3 cup Rice 1 cup Soya bean 4 Green chillies chopped 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 Onions chopped 1 teaspoon Cumin powder to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Oil Method Advertisment Soak the rice and soyabeans overnight. Drain and grind it to a fine batter. Allow the batter to ferment for 3-4 hours. Add the chopped green chillies, cumin powder, chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves and salt to the batter. Mix well. Heat a kadhai and grease it. Pour a spoonful of batter in the middle of the kadhai and spread evenly gently rotating the kadai. Pour a tsp. of oil along the edges and cook for a minute.
